1st Cut: 1968
Both toploader versions (both SMO from 1968 and 1C 192 from 1970) use the same cut. The latter has the EMI EEC matrix added to the YEX one.
There is also a ~1973 sideloader which uses this cut as well (see variant 3). Here, the YEX parts are omitted.

For the first sideloader release, the C-Side has been recut. Sides A, B & D are still from the first cut. However, the matrixes on those sides are seamlessly replaced, the YEX parts gone.
There are versions with the matrix for Side A etched very close to the label, and also versions with a more legible Side A matrix on the deadwax.
