This version was also included in the 1985 BC13 box (there is also a -B2 version, as well, but I don’t have it), being one of the later cuts by EMI Electrola sound engineer John Cremer.
Anyway, this is an interesting animal. When considering John’s voice on “Come Together”, on all the other versions it comes off-center, slightly to the right. Whereas on this 1981 German version, it comes slightly from the left. The other instruments being the same, mind ye.

Also, what is most noticeable on this version, is da Big Bass. That is all-powerful, not just the bass guitar, but the bass drums as well. In parts, it’s actually distracting.
On the other hand, the trebles are not really that good. The cymbals often lack definition and sound murky (for example during the “Come Together” solo). The middles are pronounced as well (the beginning of “Here Comes the Sun” sounds very nice, until the first bass comes in, then it’s just continuous all-overpowering droning.
