The Verdict
- 0th place: UK, just because it’s the original reference, so it’s out of competition. It’s raw, it’s punchy, it’s balanced, it’s just good.
- 1st place: Japan 1973. Very similar to UK, but more elegance and detail. My to-go version from now on.
- 2nd place: Germany 1972. Also quite a similar to the UK, but some slight differences on certain songs make it slightly worse.
- 3rd place: Germany 1965. Muffled and boring, except for the stylish red-gold-white label.
- 4th place: Germany early 80s cut. Not only was the bass getting on my nerves, but I also disliked the narrow stereo. Though this might be actually a plus point for some.
